Dear Family,

We are hoping you will make plans to be at the first ever Turnage Family Reunion on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012. This will be a great chance for us to see family we haven’t seen in a while, and meet family members we’ve never met. There will be activities and games for all ages, our own version of “America’s Got Talent”, and lots of delicious food!

John and Ann (Turnage) Charlton are graciously opening their home for this event. As we all know, there are costs involved for having such a large undertaking. Ann has volunteered to make all of the food for the event. We are asking $10 for each person age 12 and over, and $5 for each child age 11 and under, to help cover the cost of food and other reunion expenses. You may use the Store tab to pay online using our website, or you can send your money to Natalie Turnage Militti at the address listed on the Contact tab above. If you would like to donate in addition to the above amounts, please feel free to do so by using the Donate button on the Store tab.

If you will be traveling to the reunion and need accommodations, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott in Spartanburg, SC for the family. For more information or to make a reservation, use the Reservations tab above.

The deadline to make room reservations is Saturday, May 26th, 2012.

This is also the deadline to RSVP as to whether or not you will be able to attend. Please have all money in and reservations made by Saturday, May 26th, 2012. You can also RSVP through this website using the Store tab.

The Turnage Family website has been set up to be the single source of information for the family reunion. From the website you cannot only book your hotel stay at the Courtyard Marriott, but you can also pay your cost for the reunion. As the reunion date approaches, there will be more options available on this website for you to take advantage of. Our goal is to keep it going long after the reunion is over as a way for everyone to keep in touch.

Please feel free to download, from the Contact page, and make copies of the letter that Natalie sent and give it to your children, grandchildren, etc., as we don't have addresses for everyone that is part of the Turnage family. If your family members have Internet access, please give them this website address to come to for more information.
